Panels manufactured by Zeeff Panel Systems are fabricated from 100% solid metal and are 100% recyclable. Raw materials used are Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Mill Steel (A606), Zinc, and Copper. Material Certificates can be provided individually for each project, listing material compositions and sources. The recycled content of Zeeff Panel Systems metals is directly related to the recycled content of the metal processed from suppliers. The primary percentages of recycled content are in the form of post-industrial and pre-consumer waste. This is captured during manufacturing and varies depending on the metal utilized for panel fabrication.
Due to how Zeeff Panel Systems are engineered and the ease of panel installation, complete dismantling and salvage from an existing installed façade can be accomplished. All materials can be reused or sent to a recycling facility. Material waste or scrap can also be diverted from landfills and could qualify for LEED® Materials and Resources Credit 2 for New Construction.
