We track all projects during the budgeting, bidding and post-bidding phases of construction and maintain key relationships with the prime general contractors and sub-contractors in our territory.

With specific search criteria and output goals, we utilize several market research platforms to identify and capitalize on qualified construction project opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
For ITB's we perform full project take-offs with a focus on the products in our portfolio as well as any product competing in our field.
Patrick began his architectural sales career in 2001 as a National Sales Manager for an architectural products manufacturer in Maryland, spending a couple years hiring, training and developing a network of independent architectural sales representatives across the country.
In 2003, Patrick became an independent representative with a vision of building a world class portfolio of high performing and innovative manufacturers that are complimentary to one another. Then in 2005, Patrick founded ISAarchitectural. With over 35 years of customer service and sales experience, Patrick maintains a trustworthy, professional, and friendly approach that puts all clients at ease.

Prior to joining ISAarchitectural, Michael was the Director of Sales for a prominent architectural engineering and manufacturing firm based in Cambridge, Maryland where he developed a "roadmap for specification" and honed his craft for project development, sales tracking, follow up and closing. He has 15 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, is a qualified LEED accredited professional since 2009, and earned his MBA from Wilmington University in 2011.
Michael is a participating committee member with the Rainscreen Association in North America (RAiNA), which is the leading authority on rainscreen design and construction and has extensive experience and knowledge in the architectural design and construction process of the building envelope.

With over 20 years in leadership and executive level sales management, Larry developed an extensive knowledge of the important relationship between manufacturer, architect, and contractor while overseeing the successful completion of many high-profile complex construction projects nationwide. Through his dedication of providing the highest level of customer service, Larry has solidified key relationships with many of the major prime general contractors and various sub-contractors & installers across our region. Larry earned his MBA from Salisbury University in 1998, and lives with his family on Maryland's Eastern Shore.

Lee has over 40 years of experience in engineering and production management. For the last three decades as a key management figure, Lee was instrumental in the success of a well-known architectural metal manufacturer in Maryland. Having watched the rapid growth of ISAarchitectural over the past 15 years while witnessing the professional development of the colleagues he has known for many years, Lee decided to join the team out of semi-retirement. Lee earned is BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Maryland in 1970 and relaxes in his home on the Eastern Shore.
Lee is responsible for market research and identifying qualified construction opportunities on search platforms such as ConstructConnect and BLDUP. He also manages all aspects of the ITB review process of architectural plans & specs, with a focus on identifying products and scopes for Divisions 05, 07, 08, 09, and 10, whereby ISA and our manufacturing partners can add value to the construction project. lee@ISAarchitectural.com
Melissa is ISA's newest associate and has become an immediate asset to the team. She brings decades of experience in hospitality and corporate planning services and serves an important role in our architectural new business development.
