Patrick began his architectural sales career in 2001 as a National Sales Manager for an architectural products manufacturer in Maryland.  Patrick spent several years hiring, training, and developing a network of architectural sales representatives servicing all of the major markets across the country.  In 2003, Patrick founded ISAarchitectural with a vision of building an exceptional portfolio of high performing and innovative manufacturers that are complimentary to one another.  With almost 30 years of sales management experience, Patrick maintains a trustworthy, professional, and friendly approach that puts all clients at ease.

Michael Moorhouse, LEED AP | Building Envelope Consultant

Prior to joining ISAarchitectural, Michael was the Director of Sales for a prominent architectural engineering and manufacturing firm based in Cambridge, Maryland where he developed a "roadmap for specification" and honed his craft for project development, sales tracking, follow up and closing.  He has over 10 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, is a qualified LEED accredited professional since 2009, and earned his MBA from Wilmington University in 2011.  


Michael has extensive experience and knowledge in the architectural design and commercial construction process. Larry Windsor | VP Construction Services

With over 20 years in leadership and executive level sales management, Larry developed an extensive knowledge of the important relationship between manufacturer, architect, and contractor while overseeing the successful completion of many high-profile complex construction projects nationwide.  Through his dedication of providing the highest level of customer service, Larry has solidified key relationships with many of the major prime general contractors and various sub-contractors & installers across our region.  Larry earned his MBA from Salisbury University in 1998, and lives with his family on Maryland's Eastern Shore.  


Larry is a valuable resource for contractors and sub-contractors and is responsible for quoting, tracking, and closing all projects that are in the bid and post-bid phase of construction.  larry@ISAarchitectural.com

Steven V. Culver | Director of Architectural Marketing

Prior to joining ISAarchitectural, Steve was the Director of Architectural Business Development at a well known manufacturing company in Maryland.  His role there allowed Steve to work extensively with architects, designers, developers, and end users internationally.  Steve's primary focus is to present thoughtful architectural solutions that accomplish the client's aesthetic needs and economic expectations.  His great ability to listen to the needs of his clients attributes to his effective collaboration skills.  Steve has over 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, & sales management, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University in 1987.

Lee Newcomb | Director of Project Review & Estimating

Lee has over 40 years of experience in engineering and production management.  For the last three decades as a key management figure, Lee was instrumental in the success of a well known architectural metal manufacturer in Maryland.  Having watched the rapid growth of ISAarchitectural™ over the past 15 years while witnessing the professional development of the colleagues he has known for many years, Lee decided to join the team out of semi-retirement.  Lee earned is BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Maryland in 1970, and relaxes in his home on the Eastern Shore. 


Lee is responsible for  ITB review of architectural plans & specs, with a focus on identifying products and scopes for Divisions 05, 07, 08, 09, and 10, whereby ISA and our manufacturing partners can add value to the construction project.  lee@ISAarchitectural.com
